2. Description of service
PayWallet provides a platform for managing digital rotating savings circles (mukando, stokvel and similar group savings). Services include group creation, invites, contributions, payouts, optional round loans, statements and member portal access.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals or certain actions
4. Round rules
Round contribution amounts, schedules and payout order lock once a round starts, subject to the Fair Round Framework. Late payments, penalties and reserve use follow the rules your group accepted when joining.
5. Fees and plans
Creating a round and inviting members may be free on the FREE plan. Paid plans and any payout or platform fees are shown before you commit. See Pricing for current plan limits and features.
6. Prohibited use
- Fraud, money laundering or illegal activity
- Impersonating another member or organiser
- Attempting to bypass KYC, ledger or audit controls
